Rosemary Benford, is one of the Directors, where she is responsible for the successful operation and strategic management of the districts. She was appointed to the position in 2012.  She has been focus on airports, major infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects that have sponsored significant growth to the company. Her expertise is concentrated on large scale complex projects.  She received her Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Cambridge and received his Gold Seal Certification from the British Constructional Steelwork Association in 2019.  Benford has served as director of various industry association boards whose mandate is to foster the overall improvement of construction practices in the United Kingdom.

Peter Green is a seasoned construction business professional with 30+ years of construction experience providing operational leadership to the company. Peter was appointed to the position of General Manager of Operations in 2015 and serves as member of the division level management team.  He is responsible for providing management leadership to the front-line operations of the business; in the area of Concrete & Asphalt Manufacturing operations, Quality Control and providing the specialized equipment technology and resources needed to deliver the general and specialized concrete paving, asphalt paving and structural services of the business. Peter is actively involved in many industry associations whose role is to address various industry specific issues.

Advocate Michael Graham Wilson, LL.B, is in-house legal counsel with Transpolis Global Europe Ltd and the principal legal advisor to the company, building your visions. Creating reality. His experience spans over 48 years’ as a government attorney in England. His responsibilities involve the provision of general and specific legal advice to management teams and divisions, identification of risk areas, implementation and training of risk management protocols, construction contract and joint venture agreement review and preparation, subcontractor and consultant contract negotiation and preparation, labour collective agreement negotiation, claims management, compliance issues and the selection and management of external legal advisors.
